Urban Decay | Naked 3 Pallete | Real or Fake?

There are so many sellers these days selling fake products, and recently i was in the middle of it all. I received the Naked 3 Palette as a gift and opened the package to realise that it was a fake. I contacted Amazon straight away, and the company who sold the palette ( i wont mention the seller as they have now removed the naked 3 pallete) and luckily i got a great response, got a full refund and an apology. I was one of the lucky ones that actually got good treatment from the seller, most people don't.

So, I've decided to do a blog post on this. How to tell if it's fake and for you to check that your naked 3 palette is not a fake (here's hoping, not!).

At first, you can see straight away that the boxes are a different size. You always get a free gift with Urban Decay, Naked Palettes, and with my fake one i never, that is why it's noticeably skinnier (top box) and the bottom one is slightly larger. The free product with the 3rd palette was, 4 different samples of eyeshadow primer potions. (sorry about my lighting in the photos, the sun kept going away).

The back of the packaging is noticeably different as well. The real box has the samples of the free product on the back and the fake one doesn't (top box). Also the purple rose design on the inside is more like purple blobs in the fake one to. It is a very good fake though, the exact same text on the back and the fake one even has a serial number, so be aware, they can look real when in fact they aren't!

Thirdly, The inside of the palette is the biggest give away that it's a fake. The fake is a lot more pinkier than the real palette, the writing in the fake is bolder and a different font. Also, even though the eyeshadows look the same, they aren't! The fake eyeshadow actually made my eyes very sore, and itchy. So straight after this post i am dumping it!

Last but not least, i thought i'd share 3 more images just to show you examples of how different they look when they are shown together! I really hope you aren't caught out by fake sellers! If you have noticed by reading this post that yours is fake, let the seller know and ask for a full refund. I would hate to see someone take money of you for something which isn't legit!

October Glossy box reveal and review.

This post is going to be a reveal of the new Glossy Box for October and also i can review three out of the five items i received so I'm going to review three now and the other two in a later post as they are moisture's and can't review them after one use! This hasn't been one of my favourite Glossy Box's this month but i am excited to try new things i haven't heard of before, so there is always a plus to something you don't particularly like!

This was my favourite product out of the Glossy Box this month as I've been dying to try it since It's been released! This is Katy Perry's new fragrance 'Killer Queen'. Instead of trying to explain what the scent is to you, i can tell you what is in it, even better right!? Dark plum, wild berry, bergamot, red velvet flower, rainbow plumeria, natural jasmine sambac, cashmeran, natural patchouli heart and liquid praline are all in the well 'killer' (get it!?) scent! It cost's £29.50 for a 50ml bottle, and it's available everywhere now!

I was so unsure of this product when i read what it was, and frankly I've never heard of a product like it before! This is a cheek and lip tint, daunting i know! The red blotch on my hand you can see is what it turns out like on skin! I was to scared to try it out on my hand let alone my face, so I don't think i will be trying out this product very often! If i feel daring one day then maybe but at the moment i think i might just stick to my blusher, bronzer and lipstick! You can buy this product for £5.50 at www.mememecosmetics.co.uk. IF YOU WANT £5 OFF THE LITTLE-ANGELS-COLLECTION COMMENT BELOW AND I'LL GIVE YOU THE CODE.

I have heard great reviews about this product BUT my nails are long already and i just am one of those lucky ones who don't need to wear fake nails! The packaging is super creative though! I will be doing a giveaway soon when my blog followers pick up and this will be apart of it! You can buy these from boots at £7.99.

This is one of the product i received which i will be doing a review on! So stay peeled for that! But this is a Multi-Vit Smoothie Serum, which is supposed to soothe redness and hydrate skin! You can also seemingly mix it with liquid foundation to create a bb cream! But, I'll be the judge of that! You can buy a 50ml bottle for £22.50 from www.premaeskincare.com/shop. I HAVE A 15% CODE FOR PRODUCTS JUST COMMENT BELOW.

This is the final product in the Glossy Box reveal/review and this is the other product i can't review until later on this month! This is the Monu Illuminating primer and you can use this a primer before applying make up or just using it as a tinted moisturiser. This is £24.95 for a 50ml bottle and you can purchase this from www.monushop.co.uk. I HAVE A 10% CODE, COMMENT BELOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT.

Maybelline 'the falsies' mascara review.

I am a huge fan of YouTube and one of my favourite youtubers is, Tanya Burr. Watching her videos one day I came across a make up tutorial and she was using maybelline 'the falsies' mascara. I had walked pasted it so many times in superdrug and boots but never bought it as I thought it would be just another overrated mascara that is a little pricey for me to splash out on and never use!

I used to use rimmel volumise mascara and then I moved to benefit as I got a free tester (one of my blog reviews) but I got bored and my tester was running out! I watched this video and I couldn't believe the huge difference that one little bottle of mascara could make to somebody's eyelashes, it was incredible! I went out straight away and bought it for £7.99 (roughly) from superdrug. (Ill post a photo below). The bottling of this product is so pretty, it's purple with a gorgeous wee lace design on the lid and big bold writing to make the bottle pop and stand out!

The mascara basically does what it says on the bottle! It makes you look like you have fake eyelashes on! I'm not a fan of fake eyelashes as I can't apply them so this was the perfect opurtunity to see if I suited thicker and more volumised eyelashes! And I did, I can't change to any other mascara now as I can't live without it! It's so handy and when I'm lazy and can't be bothered applying a lot of make up this just makes up for it and looks amazing! I hope you guys can go out and buy this and share my complete joy of this product! Do you have it? Tell me what you think!
